Extension Only

• Free Account
• Extension only and available only for redirecting to a mobile phone ... up to 10 times per month. Beyond 10 forwards and it auto-converts to a full account.
• RingCentral app (formerly Glip) will work.
• NO DID
• Can NOT use for outgoing calls. 

Extension Only - With Additional Local Number (DID)

• $5/mo per Account (for the Additional Local Number)
• Extension only and available on a physical phone, softphone, and RC Apps.
• Redirecting to a mobile phone is limited to up to 10 times per month. Beyond 10 forwards and it auto-converts to a full account.
• Includes DID.
• Can NOT use for outgoing calls. 

Limited Extension

• $14/mo per Account
• Physical Phone and Extension — great for conference rooms.
• Includes DID.
• No Apps.
• No voicemail.
• Can NOT record.

Digital Line (Full Account)

• $35-45/mo per Account
• Physical Phone and Extension availability as well as RC Apps.
• Includes DID.
• Includes RingCentral Meetings license.
• Can use for outgoing calls.

Additional Numbers

Each company account includes two numbers (main and fax) and each individual Full Account includes a direct inward dial (DID) number. Additional numbers are available.

• $30 one time fee, Additional vanity numbers
• $6/mo, Additional international numbers
• $15/mo, Additional international toll-free number (plus $25 one-time fee)

FINE PRINT

Any new Digital Lines added becomes part of the original contract terms. Limited Extensions, Additional Local Numbers, and add-on licenses can be added and removed whenever unless it was part of the original contract.
