The year-end months of November and December are a time when organizations turn to us for technical guidance. Maybe there's money available in the budget, or it's a time for tying up loose ends and checking off long-overdue tasks. Regardless, we get A LOT of requests during this time — and with the holidays, we have fewer days to deliver!
