Tools 

• Remote working from home; RingCentral, Zoom, Google Hangout, Microsoft Teams
• Using AirPods, headphones (don't forget to charge)
• Plug-in whenever possible
• Wi-Fi in the office is typically much more robust than at home (Ben shared screen for Network connectivity)

Cybersecurity

• Password managers:  Free 1Password (good for an inventory of all your accounts)
• Threat models - using Wi-Fi in public places (hotels, cafes, airports, etc.)
  • Be aware of scams during the pandemic, don't click on anything that is suspect

  • Provide minimum access
  • Put a staff member in charge of monitoring freelance accounts (Hire/Fire)
  • Value of creating a separate workspace
