Before you begin, you should:
- Back up your important data to be safe
To a cloud service like OneDrive or Box, or to an external storage device via Time Machine. - Run any available software updates on your Mac
- Remove any existing MDM Enrollment Profiles
- Restart your computer

How To Enroll
- Download the custom mobile config file provided to you by Ntiva (this file is unique to your organization — or your client organization). Once it has been downloaded, you should see a notification
- Navigate to the Profiles list:
• Click on the Apple Menu () and select System Settings
• Click Profile Downloaded on the left. If that is not visible, click on General and then Device Management
- Double-click the downloaded profile:

Click Enroll
You'll then be asked for your administrative credentials. Once complete, you'll see additional MDM Profiles begin to install:
