We want you to be successful and prepared to take full advantage of the Apple ecosystem. You may have one Apple device, several hundred, or several thousand. In all situations, the journey begins with Apple Business Manager (ABM).

PRIORITY: GET AN APPLE BUSINESS MANAGER ACCOUNT

1. Enroll today if you don’t yet have an Apple Business Manager account.

2. Let your Ntiva onboarding team know as soon as you have a login to business.apple.com so we can share instructions on inviting us in to complete the setup.

Apple Business Manager | business.apple.com

Apple Business Manager is a simple, web-based portal that provides a fast, streamlined way to deploy Apple devices that your organization has purchased directly from Apple or a participating Apple Authorized Reseller or carrier. With Apple Business Manager, you can automatically enroll devices in Ntiva’s management solution without physically touching or preparing the devices before users get them. This automated deployment method is called Zero Touch, and it’s the easiest and most secure way to deploy Apple devices.

While you enroll in Apple Business Manager, we’ll set up the following accounts and introductions.

Apple Custom Store for Business | ecommerce.apple.com

We will ask Apple to confirm if your organization has a Custom Store at ecommerce.apple.com. If not, they will create one and request your approval to add us as a Proposer, allowing us to collaborate on purchases. 

Setting up an online store puts you in control — it’s the easiest way to buy for your business. You’ll be free to access your company’s recommended systems and preferred buying terms whenever you want. Plus, all items purchased inside of eCommerce automatically work with Zero Touch. And the more you purchase, the better business pricing you’ll receive.

Apple offers weekly demonstrations of the eCommerce store to help new and existing business customers. They’ll review how easy it is to navigate, create a quote or order, and emphasize other time-saving features during the 30-minute session. We’ll confirm which local Apple Retail Business Team is assigned to your organization so you’ll have an Apple resource for questions related to Apple accounts, business financing options, and device availability and delivery questions.
