You can't protect what you don't know. To secure your Apple devices, you must enroll all of your existing company-owned Apple devices into our management system. Enrolling devices will allow us to evaluate your current situation and discuss recommended next steps.
The manual enrollment process takes only a few minutes, and we've seen offices with upward of 100 devices accomplish it across their entire team in less than a week.
What to Expect
Custom Enrollment Link
Once you have an Apple Business Manager account we will build a custom enrollment link and provide instructions for manually enrolling your existing devices. You can track the status of your team's enrollment at Vision-Bot.app and contact our service desk if you have any questions. (It can take up to 1-hour for newly enrolled devices to display in Vision-Bot.) Related articles:
New Apps
SupportMenu and MacManage will get customized for your team and installed on Macs that are enrolled in our system.
Update Prompts
If your team has fallen behind on critical security updates then upon enrollment of their Mac they will be nudged to apply updates and restart.

FileVault Disk Encryption
Apple provides a powerful security tool in the form of FileVault Disk Encryption. Your Mac users will be prompted to enable encryption when they restart or log out of their Macs, and may see FileVault Permissions Repair notifications to ensure they have the smoothest experience possible. Automatic Patching
The following apps and macOS updates will get applied if applicable. These updates will not interrupt the user and will only run if the apps are already installed and out of date.
- Adobe Reader
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Zoom
- macOS updates that do not require a restart
Management Account
Anyone who pays close attention will notice a new Admin account gets created on macOS. This is used exclusively by Ntiva for remote support and automation. If you want a custom admin account for your organization please ask us to create one for automatic deployment.
